The hospitality house Zotlar stands on the west end of Bohinjska Bistrica. It is situated in the last row of houses, thus has an unobstructed and stunning view of the Southern Bohinj mountain ridge, Vogel, Komna, Rudnica. From the upper floor you can even see the mount Triglav and neighbouring peaks.
The house was built in 1870. It is divided into two separate units – one for the owners and the other one for guests. The latter part has 215m2 of space and there are five bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two separate toilets, a nice size kitchen with the dining area, and a living room with a fireplace and a TV set.
The authentic look of the part of the house intended for holiday rental is nicely maintained and gives a cosy domestic feel, which is why the guests keep coming back in all seasons of the year. It is a renowned hospitality business, with lots of excellent reviews. It gets booked one year in advance.
The owners’ part of the house has 161m2 of living space and consists of three bedrooms, a full bathroom with washing machine and dryer, an open plan kitchen with dining area, the living room with an exit to the covered patio with a sitting area. On the ground floor there is also a security room with video surveillance of the parking lot.
At the back side of the house there is a spacious garden with an apple orchard and other decorative plants. This is a beautiful property in an amazing location perfect for socialising, barbecuing or relaxing with a good book.
Next to the garden is another piece of land, a meadow, which has potential for further development and growing of the hospitality business.
